I honestly couldn’t stop listening to it as McCurdy tells the story of her struggles as a former child actor and the relationship that she had with her overbearing mother. Anti-aging is really pushing creams, botox, serums, and gadgets. I have tried so many and yes, some are terrific some fail. I have always been apprehensive to try expensive gadgets until Nuface. I bit the bullet and bought it and I have to say it is amazing! The results are totally there. I even had some friends over one night and we all tried it and were shocked at how it really works. Follow the instructions, use the gel primer or you will feel a shock but I can tell you it really has worked for me!

I know I’m a tad early but the temperature has dropped to NO AIR CONDITIONING where I live! That means one thing…time to buy my annual holiday candle. I buy one every year without fail or ask for it as a gift when the kids what to know what I want. Truth be told I love to burn it year round. This is the best-smelling candle I have ever purchased and believe me I have tried a lot. It comes with two or three wicks and even votives. I usually buy the two wicks and they will last the year! I have been drinking Cold Brew Concentrate Coffee for over 20 years and I am a connoisseur of iced coffee so trust me on this! If you know, you know and this stuff is the “piece de resistance”! Any other coffee concentrate is just pretending… this is the real deal. I add a little almond, cashew, or oat milk over ice and it is delicious. You can also add a little caramel-flavored Premier Protein if you feel like kicking it up a notch. It is definitely a treat!

OK…I thought my daughter was nuts when she recommended these to me and as with any supplement I researched it and spoke with my physician before trying and I have to say that it is working! I seem to have much better mental clarity than before and my mood seems to stay balanced better. Now you might want to ask my husband if the second is true, my guess is he would concur.
